Class Descriptions for Fall Yoga Session (September 18th – December 13th)
Come and enjoy our new fall classes: We have a variety of sessions for new and experienced Yogis and Yoginis.
$65 for a 5-class pass or $120 for 10-class pass, plus taxes.
1) Fridays 9:30-11:00am (Yoga 50+ beginner-intermediate)
2) Saturdays 9:00–10:00am (Restorative/Gentle Yoga), Mary-Jane.
3) Sundays 9:00-10:00 pm (Restoritive/Gentle Yoga), Shelly.
Saturday and Sunday drop-in classes at regular time 10:30-11:30am with Mary-Jane or Dale saturdays, and Shelly Sundays, $17/per class payable on day of participation.
All classes in Maclaren Room at Maclaren House.

Yoga 50+ (beginner - intermediate):
For mature adults seeking to begin or deepen their practice of yoga, join us for an hour and a half of breath work, postures and meditation based on a weekly theme and music – a time to slowly energize and restore you. Offer yourself the gift of yoga – connecting your body, mind and spirit to engage fully in life!
Gentle Yoga with Restorative Asanas:
Ease into the day. This class is perfect for all those seeking the benefits of a gentle and restorative practice. Gentle yoga with integrated restorative postures improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of daily stress. Those with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions or limitations as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required.
