"Iron Chefs" at the Mill
Teams of 2-4 face off to recreate some of the Mill’s signature canapés without the help of any sort of recipe! Using an assortment of ingredients from around the kitchen and the hidden talents of their teammates, the teams are judged on their creativity, presentation, teamwork and the overall taste of the final product.
Wakefield Mill Scavenger Hunt
Teams race around (and are at times forced to think outside the box!) to collect tidbits of information and photographs from around the property. Learn around the history of the Mill as well your strengths as a team!
Add a healthy twist to your team building exercise, or simply incorporate a calming break into your corporate retreat by adding a Yoga session to your schedule. Yoga provides stress relief, toning, strengthening, and flexibility and reduces job injuries. Through a yoga practice, we can help employees to develop greater motivation, clarity, creativity and energy.
Choose from the following options;
- 1 hr Hatha Flow class, which incorporates breathing techniques, guided visualization, stretching and gentle sun salutations, finishing with a short meditation and time for introspection. $17/per person
- 30 min Chair Yoga class, incorporating gentle stretching and movement in a seated position, with a particular focus on the neck and shoulders, as well as breathing techniques and guided visualization and intention setting. $10/per person
Please note; the 1 hr Hatha Yoga class can be offered outdoors, weather permitting.
